+
+De bedoeling van deze licentie is om een handboek, tekstboek, of ander

+Voorbeelden van vormen geschikt voor doorzichtige kopieën zijn onder
+andere platte ASCII tekst zonder markering, Texinfo-invoerformaat,
+LaTeX invoerformaat, SGML of XML met een openbaar beschikbare DTD, en
+eenvoudige HTML die conform is met de standaard en bedoeld voor
+aanpassing door mensen. Ondoorzichtige vormen zijn onder andere
+PostScript, PDF, private vormen die enkel met private tekstverwerkers
+kunnen gelezen en gewijzigd worden, SGML of XML waarvoor de DTD en/of
+de verwerkingsprogramma's niet algemeen beschikbaar zijn, en de HTML
+die door sommige tekstverwerkers wordt geproduceerd enkel voor
+uitvoer.
+
+De "titelpagina" betekent, bij een gedrukt boek, de titelpagina zelf,
+plus volgende bladzijden die nodig zijn om het materiaal dat deze
+licentie vereist leesbaar op de titelpagina te tonen. Voor werken in
+vormen die geen titelpagina op zich hebben, betekent "titelpagina" de
+tekst bij het meest prominente voorkomen van de titel van het werk,
+vóór het begin van de eigenlijke tekst.

+2. WOORDELIJK KOPIËREN
+
+U mag het Document in om het even welk medium kopiëren en verdelen,
+zij het commercieel of niet-commercieel, op voorwaarde dat deze
+licentie, de copyright-berichten, en het licentiebericht dat duidelijk
+maakt dat deze licentie van toepassing is op het Document, in alle

+
+Als u meer dan 100 gedrukte kopieën van het Document publiceert, en

+kopieën in omslagen stoppen die duidelijk leesbaar al die
+omslagteksten bevatten: vooromslagteksten op de vooromslag, en
+achteromslagteksten op de achteromslag. Beide omslagen moeten u ook
+duidelijk leesbaar als de uitgever van deze kopieën identificeren. De
+vooromslag moet de volledige titel met voorstellen met alle woorden
+van de titel even prominent en zichtbaar. U mag bijkomend ander
+materiaal op de omslagen toevoegen. Kopiëren met veranderen die
+beperkt blijven tot de omslagen, zolang ze de titel van het Document
+behouden en aan deze voorwaarden voldoen, kan als woordelijk kopiëren
+behandeld worden in andere opzichten.

+Als de vereiste teksten voor beide omslagen te lang zijn om er
+leesbaar op te passen, hoort u diegene die eerst komen op de
+eigenlijke omslag te plaatsen (zoveel als er redelijk op passen), en
+de rest op de onmiddellijk volgende pagina's.
+
+Als u meer dan 100 ondoorzichtige kopieën van het Document publiceert
+of verdeelt, bent u verplicht hetzij een automatisch leesbare
+doorzichtige kopie bij elke ondoorzichtige kopie te voegen, hetzij in
+of met elke ondoorzichtige kopie een publiek toegankelijke
+computernetwerklocatie aan te geven die een volledige doorzichtige
+kopie van het Document bevat, zonder toegevoegd materiaal, die het
+algemene publiek dat het netwerk gebruikt anoniem en kostenloos kan
+downloaden met behulp van publieke-standaard netwerkprotocollen. Als
+u voor de laatste optie kiest, bent u verplicht redelijkerwijs
+voorzichtige stappen te ondernemen, wanneer u de verdeling van

+Er wordt gevraagd, maar niet vereist, dat u contact opneemt met de
+auteurs van het Document lang genoeg voor u een groot aantal kopieën
+verdeelt, om hen een kans te geven u te voorzien van een geupdate
+versie van het Document.

+4. WIJZIGINGEN
+
+U mag een gewijzigde versie van het Document kopiëren en verdelen
+onder de voorwaarden van paragrafen 2 en 3 hierboven, op voorwaarde
+dat u de gewijzigde versie precies onder deze licentie vrijgeeft, met
+de gewijzigde versie als Document. Op deze manier licentieert u de
+verdeling en wijziging van de gewijzigde versie aan wie er ook een
+kopie van heeft. Bovendien bent u verplicht het volgende te doen in
+de gewijzigde versie:

+A. Gebruik op de titelpagina (en op de omslagen, indien dat van

+ vijf van de hoofdauteurs van het Document (all zijn hoofdauteurs

+C. Geef op de titelpagina de naam van de uitgever van de gewijzigde
+ versie als de uitgever.
+D. Behoud alle copyright-berichten van het Document.
+E. Voeg een gepast copyright-bericht voor uw wijzigingen onmiddellijk
+ achter de andere copyright-berichten.
+F. Voeg, onmiddellijk na de copyright-berichten, een licentiebericht
+ toe dat de publieke toelating geeft om de gewijzigde versie te
+ gebruiken onder de bepalingen van deze licentie, in de vorm die
+ getoond is hieronder in het Addendum.
+G. Behoud in dat licentiebericht de volledige lijsten van invariante
+ paragrafen en vereiste omslagteksten die gegeven zijn in het
+ licentiebericht van het Document.
+H. Voeg een ongewijzigde kopie van deze licentie toe.
+I. Behoud de paragraaf met de titel "Geschiedenis", en zijn titel, en
+ voeg een item eraan toe die tenminste titel, jaar, nieuwe auteurs,
+ en uitgever van de gewijzigde versie geeft, als aangeduid op de
+ titelpagina. Als er geen paragraaf "Geschiedenis" is in het
+ Document, maakt u er een die titel geeft, jaar, auteurs en uitgever
+ van het Document geeft als aangeduid op de titelpagina, en voeg er
+ dan een item aan toe dat de gewijzigde versie beschrijft als
+ aangeduid in de vorige zin.
+J. Behoud de netwerklocatie, indien van toepassing, die in het
+ Document wordt gegeven voor publieke toegang tot een doorzichtige
+ kopie van het Document, alsook de netwerklocaties gegeven in het
+ document voor voorgaande versies waarop het gebaseerd was. Ze
+ kunnen in een "Geschiedenis" paragraaf worden geplaatst. U kunt
+ een netwerklocatie weglaten voor een werk dat gepubliceerd werd
+ tenminste vier jaar voor het Document zelf, of als de

+K. Behoud in iedere sectie met de titel "Verantwoording" of
+ "Opdrachten", de titel van de paragraaf, en behoud in de paragraaf
+ de eigenlijke inhoud en toon van elk van de verantwoordingen van de
+ medewerkers en/of opdrachten.
+L. Behoud alle invariante paragrafen van het Document, met
+ ongewijzigde tekst en titels. Paragraafnummers or hun equivalent
+ worden niet als deel beschouwd van de paragraaftitels.
+M. Verwijder paragrafen met de titel "Onderschrijvingen". Dergelijke
+ paragrafen mogen niet in de gewijzigde versie gevoegd worden.
+N. Paragraaftitels mogen niet veranderd worden tot "Onderschrijvingen"
+ of zodat ze, wat de titel betreft, samenvallen met een invariante
+ paragraaf.
+
+Als de gewijzigde versie nieuwe beginmateriesecties bevat of
+aanhangsels die als secondaire paragrafen tellen, en geen materiaal
+gekopieerd van het Document, mag u naar keuze sommige of alle
+paragrafen als invariant betitelen. Om dit te doen, voegt u hun
+titels aan de lijst van invariante paragrafen in het licentiebericht
+van gewijzigde versie toe. Deze titels moeten verschillend zijn van
+alle andere paragraaftitels.
+
+U kunt een paragraaf met de titel "Onderschrijvingen" toevoegen, op
+voorwaarde dat het niets dan onderschrijvingen voor uw gewijzigde
+versie bevat door diverse partijen -- bij voorbeeld, verklaringen van
+<SPAN LANG="en-US">peer review</SPAN> of dat de tekst goedgekeurd is door een organisatie als de
+gezaghebbende definitie van een standaard.

+U kunt een passage van hoogstens vijf woorden als vooromslagtekst
+toevoegen, en een passage van hoogstens 25 woorden als
+achteromslagtekst, aan het einde van de lijst van omslagteksten in de
+gewijzigde versie. Enkel één passage van de vooromslagtekst en één
+van de achteromslagtekst kan toegevoegd worden door (of door afspraken
+gemaakt door) een entiteit. Als het document al een omslagtekst bevat
+voor dezelfde omslag, eerder door u of door afspraak gemaakt door
+dezelfde entiteit in wier naam u handelt, kunt u geen andere
+toevoegen; maar u mag de oude vervangen, op uitdrukkelijke toelating
+van de vorige uitgever die de oude toevoegde.
+
+De auteur(s) en uitgever(s) van het Document geven met deze licentie
+niet de toelating om hun naam te gebruiken voor publiciteit voor om
+het even welke gewijzigde versie, om dergelijke versie te

+5. DOCUMENTEN COMBINEREN
